With over 25 years of Creative Branding and Marketing experience, I have worked with titans in the field such as Mickey Drexler, Jenna Lyons, Martha Stewart, Peter Arnell and others in the creation and implementation of 360 degree campaigns, website development, social media/digital campaigns, print, video and in-store initiatives.

My focus has been in the digital space – working with business, marketing, merchandising, technology, and user experience teams to deliver the most exciting, creative and customer focused content and experiences to lead to greater sales. 

I have spent more than a decade working with J.Crew. My last role was as EVP, Brand Creative(until 2018) - overseeing the Creative Direction for J.Crew, Madewell and J.Crew Factory. I have managed a staff of up to 120 full-time people,  a 20 million dollar budget, as well as working with freelance teams to reach creative and business goals. I have worked with agencies as well as brands directly. My vantage point is to look at a brand, see where it can be moved forward -- while drawing in existing and new customers into the brand.

My focus is looking at brands with a 360 degree view. Working across business, marketing, merchandising, and technology teams to deliver the most exciting creative, customer focused content and brand experiences. This includes brand positioning, website development, social expressions, advertising, catalog, events, store design and more.

I have spent more than a decade working with J.Crew. My last role, until August 2022, was as EVP, Brand Creative Director - overseeing the creative direction, content creation, and store design for J.Crew and J.Crew Factory (overseeing Madewell from 2012-2016).

I have managed a staff of up to 110 full-time people, a 20 million dollar budget, as well as working with freelance teams to reach creative and business goals.

I have worked with agencies as well as brands directly. My vantage point is to look at a brand, see where it can be moved forward – maintaining existing customers as well as drawing in new customers into the brand.
